Don't let this happen to you!
This is an e-mail I got from a lady that I THOUGHT I was helping. She asked me about a property she saw on my web site and I started e-mailing her some homes. Little did I know, she had already been working with another agent. Whether she had a signed agreement with him, I don't know. I will take out the Agent's name, although the word should get out! She actually called the listing agent of the property which was more loyal to the SELLER than her. That is why I stress to people to have a BUYERS agent, PLEASE! Anyway, here is her e-mail.
I have already purchased a home with settlement this month. I wish I would have had you for a realitor for I have been working with ***** ****, and he would not even write up the agreemnet like I asked and for the price I asked. He said I told them it was sold for --- and that is what we will write up. I never did this before so I was at a lost. I have had much trouble and wish you could have been my agent. This has been a very stressful buying time. Thank you for your interest I will recommend you to anyone. Debbie
