Cash is KING?
That used to be a saying I liked. Cash is king! Now it seems like Credit is King! If it is not king, it is Queen, for sure. If you are planning on buying a home in the near or distant future, make sure you work on your credit. People that used to be able to get 100% mortgages can not now because of their low credit scores. So, if thet can't get 100% that means they need to have cash to make up the difference. I would recommend cash and credit!!
