Who should you listen to?
I was just told by a client of mine that they were at an open house and the agent there was telling them they should wait 6 mos. to a year to purchase a home. Was she trying to undermine me and try to steal my client or is she really beliving they should wait.
I feel now is a great time to buy. Not just me but tons of people do. Interest rates are still low, prices are down and there are tons of homes to choose from! I tell people the sale prices may end soon. It's all supply and demand just like anything. Here in the York, PA area, some real estate has dropped in price because the sellers are now understanding it is a buyers market. It took them a while to catch on. To wait 6 mos. or more and not know if the prices are going to go back up at all and the rates too, does not make sense if you are in a position to buy now.
