When people sign up for my home finder service at www.YorkPAHomeFinder.com they have a lot of search criteria to choose from. As much as I tell people to be as accurate as possible, I still get some that are so vague that the results of their search is over 2700 listings. Are they serious? Do they really want me to e-mail them all of those listings?
My bet is that they are not serious about buying but just want to waste their time and mine. Maybe they think it is some kind of computer program that does the work even though it says a real live local Realtor will help them.
If you are serious and would like help with a home search, be sure to give me or any other agent as much info as possible because we really want to help you find a home that is as close as possible to what you are really looking for. Don't worry about sounding too picky. It is your house. You have to live there and like it. Be honest. I can handle it!!
