The Market May Be Turning...
It could be a fluke but in the last two weeks I have seen at least six homes go under contract within the first week of being on the market.
So....Buyers, if you see something you like but you want to wait and see if the price drops, don't do it. Check it out right away and see if it is something you would like to live in. If it is, your agent should be able to tell you if it is listed at a fair price or not. If you do not have an agent, call me. Do not call the listing agent. Of course they will tell you how great a deal it is, etc...
Also, be ready. Have a pre-approval ready with a mortgage lender so you know exactly where you stand and then all you need to do is decide if you like it enough to make an offer.
